Dare 2B Bald Holiday Giveaway

1. Eligibility
The Dare 2B Bald Holiday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of High Time Products, their immediate families, and household members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on December 5th, 2025 at 12:00 PM CST and ends on December 15th at 11:59 PM CST. All entries must be received within the Entry Period.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the official landing page (https://bumpstopper.com/Holiday-Giveaway/) and submit a valid name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address. Any attempts to submit multiple entries may result in disqualification.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the Dare 2B Bald Holiday Giveaway Box, including one (1) Bald Care Regimen (Cleanser, Shaving Cream, and Moisturizer), one (1) logo stress ball, and one (1) face towel. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the prize is $50. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about December 16th, 6 PM CST.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email within 2 days of the drawing. The winner must respond to the notification within 2 days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions
Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the receipt or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Release and Indemnification: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless High Time Products and its respective affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance/use of the prize.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to High Time Products’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
